With the help of our Head Chef, Noel Gomez, and his team we have created a concept in which the important thing is the flavour and freshness of the dishes. From the tradition in the kitchen and the delicacy in the treatment of the product we have elaborated a seasonal menu taking care of the flavours and offering a small twist. From Devon's fish to meats from Scotland we have some excellent ingredients that we take care of since they arrive until putting them in front of you.
